There is no 'expiration date' with purchase of these waves of time. Therefore, if you purchase 5 hours and only use 1 hour per month, that's fine. You can use the other hours whenever you need them.
Any work that we accept will be billed by the minute with no minimum amount of time per update. This means if your request takes 6 minutes, you will only be billed 6 minutes. Website maintenance prices include GST.
